200 Records was founded by Kai Sasse and Dirk Middeldorf in Cologne, Germany, at the beginning of 2009. We release music for the club and see ourselves as an open-minded label. We put an emphasis on connecting with our artists musically and personally. The motivation behind starting this label was Kai and Dirk's love for techno and house music and the desire to contribute to its development – and to give back some of what it has given us.
